The third and final stage of the DigiUP Project, the Svietimas ir paveldas bootcamp, concluded in Vilnius. Sixteen participants attended the bootcamp, which received certification and acquired knowledge. It was led by Serhat Baran.
Over the course of the event, creative business ideas were developed, productivity and communication skills were enhanced, and inspiring insights into the entrepreneurial world were shared.
The first day began with interactive introduction games that helped participants get to know each other and build team spirit. Later, they split into five groups and developed innovative business concepts such as Kitchen Staffing Platform, Onboarding for Big Companies, Mental Health Place, House-Container and Food, and AI MCP Service. Presentations and Q&A sessions allowed teams to refine their projects, while coffee breaks and lunch breaks strengthened networking opportunities.
The second day focused on productivity and communication. Teams prepared and presented time management strategies, which were further enriched through group discussions. Participants also worked on marketing and advertising roadmaps, laying the groundwork for potential future expansion of the ideas created on the first day. The highlight of the day was a session with the CEO of Magfi, who shared his entrepreneurial journey and offered valuable advice.
The final day was dedicated to reflection and celebration. Thematic discussions and interviews highlighted key takeaways and personal experiences from the program. The event concluded with a certification ceremony, recognizing the hard work and achievements of all participants.
With certificates in hand and stronger networks established, the aspiring entrepreneurs left the Bootcamp ready to bring their ideas and skills into real-world applications.
